Yeah, figures. My schedule finally works out to where I can ride and the weather looks like garbage.

If it looks like we'll be able to squeeze some miles in this evening I'll be there.

We had a good turnout again. We split into two groups on the way out with Wayne leading the fast group and Ashby leading the slow group. I brought up the rear. Shortly before the turnaround time, Todd and I dropped back and Ben joined us shortly after the turnaround.

We had some very light drizzle on the way back in, but it really was not enough to get us wet. We could see some lightening in the distance, but it never got windy. All in all, we lucked out with the weather.

Front group made it out to the pole farm out by Sharon Harris. I had 29.5 miles at 15.8 average. We missed ya Puggsly.

I had a real nice ride - I lead the 'Quick' group - there was nothing slow about this group - . There were 13 of us and we did 30.29 miles with an average speed of 14.5mph. We had a few sprinkles on the way back but one could not really call it rain. It was a lot of fun I meet a lot of nice cyclist. Did miss you Pugslyyy you too Zonda.

Well last night basically sucked for me. I apparently didn't eat properly before the ride and had some serious issues coming back. Thank yous go out to Rick and Ben for doing everything they could to get me back. I just couldn't make it. That won't happen again!!!!!!

Seriously, Rick and Ben thank you for sticking with me. I really wanted to complete the ride but my body was telling me otherwise.

See you all next week!! (This time I'll eat something on the way to MacGregor.)

Hang in there Todd - I can not know that everyone has experienced that but I have and more than once and I would bet that most of us have at least once.
