How do I forward emails of the forum traffic to my email account? I looked but it doesn't look like this is a feature. I can only receive notification of postings not the actual message itself?

Hmm, in my experience that's not typically a feature of forums. You can set it to notify you when there are new postings by email, but you need to come to the forums (online) to read and reply to messages.

You can use RSS feeds if you'd like.

Also, VB should send you an email with synopsis of any new content when you are alerted that there is a reply, as long as you subscribe to the thread. I'll have to make sure the version here supports that as its a couple of versions behind.
