Looking for a web visible tracking unit

I want my SO to be able to find out from checking a web site if I am still moving and where I am. If I'm stopped at an intersection or Stop and Rob, I'm probably doing ok. If I'm on the side of the road for a long time, I could be broken down or just plain down down and needing assistance.:eek:
