Yes, I remember. Sure, anyone can attend an NCBC meeting. If you want to order food at the restaurant, show up 6:15-6:30. If you don't want to order food, show up close to 7pm.

I have NOT been inspiring anyone of late. The only time I've ridden during the last week was on a trainer in front of the TV.
