Who else commutes out there?

I had a very nice ride today. I found the sweet spot for traffic around Airport Rd in Morrisville, and I was not riding in heavy traffic on my way home. I was lazy this morning, and took the bus most of the way to work. I have not been biking enough lately to be in shape to do the round trip.

The weather was wonderful today. It was a bit cold this morning, but my commute home was perfect! And daylight savings starts in less than 2 weeks!

My husband and I passed each other in the dark, with our headlights. When I was a fraction of a mile from home, he had just left home to go on a night mountain-bike ride.

Well I used to but Tryon road has been under real heavy construction which is the only path to work short of the interstate and Im not sure I wish to ride the interstate.

Sure wish I could ride to work again though.

Hey Esther. Last year I commuted some to work. Very nice way to start and end the day. I commute from the area near Cary Towne Center to Cameron Village. I plan to pick that up again in the next week or so when it is warmer on a regular basis.

I do when I have the chance. Tennis season has started though and I end up taking my son to school and picking him up. Maybe in the summer.
