Raleigh West/Central/ITB ride Friday

Hi fellow slow-spokers

Weather permitting, we'll be riding in the west/central Raleigh area on Friday, 4/13. Start time is 6 pm, meeting place will be 'twixt the Highland United Methodist Church and Ridge Road Baptist Church on Ridge Road. Pace is 14-ish through neighborhoods and NCSU campus. Distance is 15-20 mi, depending on the specific route.

To get to the starting point from the beltline, take Lake Boone Trail eastbound, turn left on Ridge Road then make your first left on Ocotea. There's park-and-ride there.

I'd like to come ride, weather should be nice and though I know that area well I don't cycle there at all often.

I moved this ride announcement based on what we discussed in the Clayton ride thread (http://www.trianglecycling.com/showthread.php?t=18879) regarding pickup rides at a faster pace.

Here's the proposed route. We've measured the route at 18 miles with the warmup to Wade Avenue.
