New Bethel Road for OMV ride

this road is most likely terminated at I40 and is no longer a choice to get you back from the Rockin' Comet. i'm gonna check at lunch to make sure it is actually terminated...

Betsy went to Target and New Bethel is defintely closed.

I believe bikes could cross it. There would probably be some dismounting and carrying of bikes and we'd have to hope we didnt get arrested but Ive seen people (workers from DOT I assume) driving over it so it is passable.
