Final MS 150, EZ Riders training ride this Saturday in Garner….Meeting at 7:45, leaving at 8am from the Food Lion in Garner at the intersection of Hwy 50 and Timber Dr. If you need to google it for directions, just get the street address of the Food Lion on Timber Dr in Garner…It’s easy, or you can call me at any of the numbers below!

40 miles with SAG if needed…My wife said she will SAG if there are no volunteers!!! If, for some reason, you’d like to be there but can’t ride, I’m sure that she would let someone else SAG if they offered….Rest stop at the halfway point so bring a little cash….If you plan to attend, don’t be concerned about the pace, we’ll have all paces represented and you will not be dropped, but try to make sure that you can at least cover the 40 miles…SAG will be available if you can’t however….

Should be a beautiful morning!!!!! I have attached a cue sheet for you to print out but I’ll have some with me just in case….

Take care and I’ll see you on Saturday!!!! Call me with any questions…

If anyone else is interested, Brian and I are most likely going to do this ride on Saturday since we can ride to the start from our house and it goes pretty much right by our house on the way back - it will save some gas money from driving somewhere else to ride:) .

This was a good ride today. Enjoyed the change of scenery. Thanks for changing the flat Brian! B&B rode to the start and left the route early to head home. It was 41 miles at 14.3 for me. My longest and fastest this year.

We ended up at about 40 miles even at 14.1 including the ride to the start of the ride. Thanks Michelle for setting the perfect pace for my first ride back in 2 weeks of being sick - I was just happy to be back on the bike feeling good instead of miserable!

I was going to join this ride today but something just didn't seem right this morning. Ended up that my neighbor (cancer) passed away.

Anyway, too bad it was the last ride. Would have loved to join a ride nearby.
