Can you get the clear coat finish on a frame touched up anywhere?
Should be able to. It will need to be sanded down reasonably flat and then recleared. Probably have to disassemble the bike for ease of painting tho.
Im going to have a frame painted here pretty soon so if you arent in a super hurry to get it done, you can wait and see how mine turns out.
If you're talking about those two spots on the chainstay on your Fusion, Id run over them with scotchbrite, clean the area good with rubbing alcohol and put some clear nail polish on them.

I'm thinking about the area that the chain messed up when I pulled the rear wheel out of place. Guess I could try the Nail polish since it is only a couple spots.
Yea.. thats what I would do.. Or, you could Scothcbrite it lightly to smooth it out and get you a plastic chainstay protector. I put one on the Blue and the Fuji has them from the factory.

Jay,
Who/where is doing this? I have a frame that needs repainting. Didn't know if there was anyone that specializes in bikes. Was going to take it to an auto body shop. TIA.
