hahaha...yeah, sorry i didn't take photos of it...it just didn't occur
to me! The bruise is almost totally gone and i'm almost totally
recovered...and it's not just riding which i'm able to do,but actual
physical work like cleaning the house! Thanks for your concern though...
and hopefully that'll be it for stupid accidents for a while.

I was watching a local crit last night and saw the aftermath of a face
plant...i didn't see the actual fall, but i saw the poor shmuck rolling
into the finish area with his mouth all bloody and ripped shorts...ouch.
Apparently he was okay, i heard, nothing broken. I did see a crash right
in front of me...that guy was okay too but broke his sunglasses. Those
races are not for the nervous....
