Hi all, while watching/listening to Phil and Paul, I'm also looking at the
Tour website for the gaps and newsflashes (
http://www.letour.fr/2007/TDF/LIVE/us/1500/index.html ) . On the graphic of
the real-time gaps between the lead group(s) and the Yellow Jersey group
and/or the following peloton or other trailing groups, I understand what
they show as 'absolute' time between the first group and the Yellow Jersey
or other groups/peloton, but I do not understand the time splits when they
depict them as 'relative' on the same graphic. On the 'relative' graphic it
appears that there's a 17 hour time gap ? I know my description doesn't
properly explain what I'm babbling about so I've linked to examples from
Stage 11 and Stage 15
(http://s57.photobucket.com/albums/g232/retransmitted/ ). Any explanation
of 'relative' will be most appreciated. Thanks.
