Are these guys ever going to learn? Grow up? Whatever in hell they need to do?

About the only thing as stupid as Vino's alleged transfusion would be LNDD
****ing up confidentiality and procedure, again. I think we should be able to
hold lab workers and directors to some standard of professional conduct. They
are supposed to not be corrupt bribe-taking criminals. Or do they violate
procedure for fun and giggles. Actually that'd be worse.

New rule, leaks negate test results - three strikes and the lab loses sanction.
Boom that's it. Stuff 'em back into the car and roll those ****ing clowns out of
here.

What penalties have they paid for that behavior so far? None that I can
see. What have they gained? Publicity, and maybe some cash under the
table. From their perspective, there is no reason to change.

Sounds like a reasonable approach to me. A watertight definition of
"leak" might be challenging, but I'd like to see an attempt.

Everyone confesses that exertion which brings out all the powers of body

get rid of it, and as a general rule nobody does much more than
circumstances drive them to do. -Harriet Beecher Stowe, abolitionist and
