Varies from prob 13/14 to 22ish and maybe higher but I never see them. Distance this Sat. is 62 and will increase a few miles per week until the week before the MS150. The Trek store has a couple rides but other than that you will going out to the cary area for most rides in the triangle. NC Bike Club site has a page with other rides.

I ride 3-5 mornings per week and also longer on Sundays. Sometimes solo and sometimes with my wife and sometimes with a combo of her and my 2 neighbors. One of my neighbors has hip displasia so she is slower than the rest, but getting stronger. When I go solo I try to keep an overall moving average of 16+, but when with the group it can be 13-14 or slower. We try to do 20-25 miles before work and then 50+ on weekends. Working up to my first metric century during September. I live in the Wakefield area and usually leave home around 7:30am or so on riding days.
