Here is a chance for a shakedown ride before the Main Event in a few weeks.
It is also a chance to try out a new route to Lillington and back from
Apex. This route contains pieces of the old MLM, ride to the beach, and
ride for John. We will probably stop in Lillington for lunch where there
are multiple choices for cuisine. We may also have to find some ice cream a
little closer to home. This shouldn't be too difficult since the
gravitational pull should be formidable in this weather!

This looks good, do you know when they will post it on their site as the exact date. Not that it really matters right now, just wondering.

I don't know if they keep it current. I'm on their email list. They should send another email with the date selected. I'll update the thread when I know. Also, you can email the team captain to add you to the email list or let you know when they choose a date.
