well, probablity is supply and demand expanded into an area visible to

right. so who plays in a no test environment?

as an example -
base ball players make incredible money.
if you are a high school pitcher throwing a good 85 mph curve or
slider.
will steroids and the correct excercise training give you the 90 mph
slider?
