help needed: identifying the frame, beefy rear triangle

Hello,

I would greatly appreciate your help with identifying the potential
manufacturer or model of the frame. The owner says it's not original
Fuji and he doesn't know oryginal brand. The beefy rear triangle
attracted my attention, and I wonder where such frame could be used.
Triathlon perhaps?

Maybe the shape of the frame is familiar to someone.. Any suggestion
would be useful.
