This refers to the Rabobank Continental Pro Team. Is that a
developmental team separate from the Pro Tour Team, or is it all the
same?

Same, but different. They're tightly connected but don't do the same
races. The continental team is a development squad and home to the
cyclocross riders. In Dutch:

Rabobank Continental often dominates the smaller stage races around
Europe. (On above page, click "uitslagen" on the right.)

Yup, this is a feeder program for the big club. Like Triple A baseball
- next step is the big league. Thanks for putting this kid on my
radar, I had not heard of him.

I think she does look very young. On the other hand, at my age everyone
looks young. Except Tom Simonson.

I don't know much about him either. He moved down to CO from Bozeman,
Montana a few years ago and was an elite junior on a top team from the
start. His father is Dutch and has some sort of racing background.

Seems like a decent kid. Met him at Jr. Nationals a couple of times
and a few other events. Hope he gets treated right.
