Bike London and then Paris Questions

I may be spending 3 days alone in each city. My wife will be working
all day and thru the night.
Would be arriving in London 11/6

Thought about taking some bike tours of each city or maybe renting a
bike too and going out on my own.


Looking for
a good tour in each city
a good bike shop for rentals in each city
any good routes or tips in each
