So, why is it that other national cycling federations support their riders or at
least treat them as innoceent until proven otherwise.

Your trolling technique in action:

Which translates to "pay attention to me! pay attention to me!"
Luckily you're cute when you're stupid, and a harmless troll, so you
get to stay around.

Zing!

Well, I guess. I dunno. Seems kinda lame, really. I think I'd rather be
Howard Kveck than a complete freaking lunatic who suffered from routine
episodes of insanity.

So that's Howard over Magilla.

I thought being a complete freaking lunatic who suffers from routine
episodes of insanity was an rbr entrance requirement.

Your question is too vague and I have no idea what you are talking about.

But for the most part, national federations in Europe are still old
school and corrupt and will bend over backwards to cover up doping cases
agains their star athletes. Specifically the Spanish and Italian
federations are complete jokes and WADA's gonna kick the **** out of
them if they haven't done so already. Actually CONI is the one who is
kicking thew piss out the Goomba federation.

The German federation are bunch of liars too. Something about the
German psyche makes them want to over-repent...it has something to do
with the Holocaust, I think. But deep down inside, they're losers too
and it seems to be endemic in their society if you look at how the
official in Stuttgart acted. They all talk big but do nothing. What the
**** ever happened to that Ullrich criminal case?

Can you imagine any U.S. politican saying he or she wasn't going to
allow the world championship road race to start unless a specific rider
signed a VOLUNTARY doping form? What a ****ing crackpot. The Belgian
federation seems somewhat honest, but then again Museeuw is being
prosecuted by the Pot Belge Five-O.

USAC has no say in doping cases because all doping cases are decided by
USADA and USAC does whatever USADA tells them to do. There's really no
room for any old school politics anymore - at least with respect to
adjudicating soping sanctions.

But if USAC had jurisdiction over the Landis case like the italian
federation does over Pettachi and Delusiona, I can assure you Jim
"iShares and BMC" Ochowicz would have made the Landis T:E test go away
just like he made Biscelgia go away when he intefered with his cash flow.

We're grading Magilla on a curve, not a percentage.

He's above average,

It isn't a requirement but it certainly won't hurt you chances in here.
