Top Wheel builders in the Triangle

Any suggestions as to whch bike shop(s) have the best wheel builders in the triangle. I have heard Frank's in Brier Creek is good. Anyone else have other suggestions?

Frank is supposed to be a really good wheelbuilder but he's also painfully slow (Think MONTHS for delivery) and from my research, his staff is a bunch of jackasses. I dont know if you've ever been in his shop but it looks like a bomb went off in there.

I'd recommend Matt at The Spin Cycle or Patrick at The Bicycle Chain in Durham. I also know a guy that used to work at The Clean Machine in Chapel Hill that builds wheels and is pretty good. He might be interested in doing a set if he can get the parts.
