Ultegra 6603 triple installation?

I'm going to install an ultegra triple crankset as an upgrade. I find
that I am missing the spacer shown in the diagram. Does anyone have
experience with this installation? Anyone know where I can get the
spacer? All help appreciated. Thanks in advance.
