Thanks, folks! The flag is a "Flash Flag" from

http://www.flashback.ca/products/accessories.html . I like it. I added some
reflective tape to it for added visibility. It seems to get me more room
from passing motorists. The bag is a Carradice Barley. I should have bought
a larger one. :-)
