Harry - you are a genius and a very wise man! May I quote you freely?

Just hang in there and it will happen, especially since you think these are
trivial matters.

Harry, you are not just a bit on the anal side, you are a complete *******.
Everyone KNOWS that before you purchase a bicycle that you should consult
with the Great Ed Dolan on Usenet. Jeez, just how out of the loop can one
get!

Your Sun recumbent trike will get you around Lincoln just fine (albeit
slowly), but why not try to do BRAN (Bike Ride Across Nebraska) on it? I
think you will discover in flash that it is no good for such a ride.
By the way, BRAN is a good test for any "serious cyclist." It is an annual
week long organized group bike tour that will average almost 100 miles per
day. It is in early June and the weather is mostly awful. Have fun! I did it
three times and finally had the good sense to say to hell with it!
