I remember a commercial compound and technique developed for custom
soles: search in orthotics, email and ask in rec.foot or rec.shoe or
rec.podiatrist.. lotta folks out there with malformed feet needing
custom soles. campmor.com has soles. I haven't tried a racing clipon
so....
