Schwinn Pixie Stingray question

Hello All,
The Pixie was a childs bicycle with 16" wheels. The one I have
I believe has been hacked replacing the rear coaster brake wheel
and hub with a 3 speed coaster brake hub. I want to restore the
bicycle to its original rear wheel. Can anyone advise me on
which model rear hub and rim might be appropriate?

Year? Bendix Junior or possibly Bendix Red Band
