This isn't even a precedent. If it were, then the world record holders
for the marathon wouldn't be Kenyans - they'd be wheelchair racers who
routinely cover 26 miles in about 90 minutes flat.
I'm surprised cyclists haven't applied to get a TUE to use a goddamn
motorcycle in races.
