I have added an index of starting locations (http://www.trianglecycling.com/showthread.php?t=25798) to the Cue Sheet Forum (http://www.trianglecycling.com/forumdisplay.php?f=27) as a sticky and have unstuck all of the previous sticky cue sheets. The reason I had the cue sheets as stickies in the first place is that in the older versions of vBulletin, there was an option of forcing stickies to appear in the order I chose. Since this is no longer an option in vBulletin, and since the list was getting so long, I thought I would try maintaining an index instead.
