So what about the open investigations against the Rock & Republic riders
involved in Operacion Puerto? That technically is still an open
investigation.
And why would USADA and USAC be the agencies to consult with for open
investigations? USADA has no jurisdiction over doping investigations
for Euro riders - guys like Baby Face and the Siberian Husky.
USADA and USA Cycling would have no information about pending cases
against 30% of the riders in that race.
Thanks,
Magilla

All of a sudden USAC and USADA will be able to determine what riders
from outside the U.S that maybe
part of an open investigation that has not gone anywhere in twelve
months would be subject to the whims of a USAC and USADA if they can
race or not ?
Totally bull **** from an agency that claims they have no access or
knowledge of on going investigations outside of their jursdiction as
recently as last year.
Now all of a sudden they do have that information ! You got to love
this ****, talk about making the rules up as you go and essentially
ousting someone from
a race based on an investigation that never will be offically
concluded by all accounts.
The announced testing protocol for the TOC is fines should of been
done form the get go, test the living **** out of them, and if they
happen to "randomly" pick Baby Face and Siberian Husky everyday great.
Talk about a ****ing witch hunt or just a away of sending a message
that you don't dare publically take on USAC/USADA or they will find
away to make your team pay.

Agreed. Wanna take out the other teams top riders just sling some
rumors, just enough to get them looking. Voila innocent until proven
guilty.
Like you said, what a farking mess.
How long's it gonna be before a smart DS with connections takes
advantage of this. Wouldn't be surprised if it hadn't been going on
behind the scenes for a while now. Someone should write a book
eventually "Sweet Nothings to Sen. McCarthy".

dumbass,
they are in fact making up the rules as they go along, because it is a
de facto suspension for riders as long as they are being
investigated.
if that's what they want to do the UCI rules should be changed. but
race organizers now feel free to make their own rules, yet they are
still somehow sanctioned by the UCI.
where is the UCI in all this ? they are afraid that if they actually
act like they control cycling the organizers will tell them to ****
off and the riders will go wherever the races are.

The UCI is way too overglorified by the teams and riders. It's just a
piece of junk in a building in Switzerland.
I love what the ASO and the other 2 Grand Tour organizers are doing to
the UCI.

the socialist playboys of the ASO need to grow a nutsack or hire mitt
romney and quit dicking around and go all the way.
if i ran the ASO i would buy out every other big organizer to get
control of every big pro race and then sell stakes to anyone that
wanted a team for maybe $20 million euro and turn cycling into formula
1. \
the UCI can keep track racing, master fattie races and bicycle polo.

The fattie masters need to break away to, after all even
the current anti aging drugs are performance enhancing:

Surely the next generation of anti aging drugs will be even
better (or worse if you're WADA):

Time to give up acting and become a governor of Florida.
