I know it's not likely, but does anyone out there have a set of Phil Wood bottom bracket rings (a.k.a. "bottom bracket cups") in size 1.370 x 26 tpi? These would have been used when upgrading an old Raleigh Nottingham frame from cottered cranks to a cartridge type BB. I thought perhaps that someone has put such a beast out to pasture and would like recover some of their investment.

Try this... http://http://www.sheldonbrown.com/harris/bottombrackets.html#raleigh
If this doesnt help you and no one else on here can hook you up I might can make one. But it looks like your looking at a 19$ part and thats not worth only making one of unless you cant get it any way else besides custom machine work.
Tell me if that link works and we'll give these folks a week or two and then ill see about making one.

Thanks for the offer, BigBoy, What I'm actually trying to do is described here:
http://sheldonbrown.com/raleigh26.html#cotterless
I have an old Raleigh Record with cottered ranks, and I picked up a Shimano UN72 BB and some square taper cranks, hoping to use the UN72 with Phil Wood 26 tpi BB rings as Sheldon describes. A new set of rings and a Phil BB tool will cost a little more than I'd like to spend, so I'm trying to find a used set. If I can't find any, I may just go with a #5 or #7 square taper spindle and reuse the old cups.
Thanks again,
tcpasley
