A New Toy

Got a new toy to mess with now...it's a combination birthday, Valentine's, & anniversary present from my husband...I've been wanting something like this for a while, but couldn't see purchasing it myself since I just got the powertap this fall. Anyways, maybe I'll learn how to use it effectively:).

have fun with it karen. i started shooting professionally with the digital rebel. its definitely a sweet camera. the xti is a teeny version of the older rebel, so it gets a little awkward when putting larger lenses on, but all in all, i think youre going to be very happy with that thing. they are so versatile. if you need any tips on how to work in full manual mode, let me know. if you keep it on automatic and dont use the power of manual mode, its a waste of a fine piece of equipment ;)

yea, i'll probably need help/tips with full manual:rolleyes:. i took some pics yesterday of the kitty while she was just sitting beside me, but just used auto since i haven't a clue...

Those brown tabby cats are dangerous. In my experience, they tend to demand playing.

Our brown tabby is very fierce with those fake mice made of real fur.
