Don't know if any of the people who visit Triangle Cycling knew of Sheldon Brown, but if you did, you'll be saddened to learn that he has passed away.

RIP Sheldon.. he was a great asset to the cycling community.

The news of Sheldon Brown's passing was announced at the NCBC meeting last night. He will be missed. Here is a link to a memorial thread (http://www.universalhub.com/node/12706). The obituary did not make today's Boston Globe. I will post a link when it is available.
