Can anyone make a suggestion on a brand that makes high-end shoes with
replaceable heel pads? SIDIs don't fit me.

How don't they fit you? If it's a width issue, then did you know that
Sidi has a special line for wide feet?

Yes, tried different widths as well (the "megas").

The shape of the insoles is weird, my feet just don't feel right in
them, and I notice that immediately when standing up. A

Were you not comfortable with the arch support? Do you have flat feet?

No, I've never been diagnosed with flat feet.

The discomfort is mostly in the toe area. Just feels like the toes
don't rest on a flat surface.

I am thinking to order custom shoes.
