ARBR is the worst newsgroup in the entire history of Usenet without a doubt.
But what makes it so? Yea, that is the question!
I attribute all the woes of ARBR to various trolls and stalkers. I do my
best to fight them off, but I get no help from the regulars. They are all
worthless cowards who want to make peace instead of war. Take it from me,
you cannot placate trolls and stalkers. Only Ed Dolan the Great defends ARBR
from its worst elements.
But what thanks does He get for His troubles? Yea, that is the question!
He gets no thanks at all! Instead others mistake Him for the Troll! This is
most flabbergasting! Ed Dolan the Great is backed up by Saint Edward the
Great and is therefore incapable of ever doing anything that would damage
this most honorable newsgroup - even though it is the pits!
I urge all and sundry to stop trolling ARBR and to stop stalking ARBR. We
have enough problems here with Tom Sherman and Jim McNamara without
additional input from other blackguards, knaves and scoundrels. However, you
may post here to ARBR provided you honor and revere Ed Dolan the Great with
due acknowledgments to his alter ego, Saint Edward the Great. Yea, do that,
and all will be right not only with ARBR but with the world! And who knows
.... maybe someday, after I am dead and gone, ARBR may pull itself out of the
pits.
