We suspend people for high hematocrits, but we allow people to ride
looking like that.
It's really simple people: Arm warmers either go under your sleeves with
no skin showing (ever!) or you don't wear them. If you are in a decisive
race move, it is permissible to have them bunched up on your forearms,
but under no circumstances should rolled-up arm warmers come past your
elbow.
If it's really cold enough for arm warmers, then long sleeves are
STRONGLY recommended.
When is the UCI going to get serious about this stuff?
Bring back the sock rules,

They need some arms to hold them up. Do you want a medal, or a chest
to pin it on?
Shouldn't laugh I had a kid who could wear arm warmers for leg
warmers.
