Good ride today, the heat actually was not as bad as I feared. Definitely nice to leave at 8am before the heat really rolled on in.

Two flats in our group this morning. Dajuan had one at around mile 17 (tube had worn through), and then I had one around mile 18... I think mine was due to hitting a small but abrupt hole a few miles earlier. Since I was pulling at the time I can't even blame anyone else for not pointing the hole out. Used my FastAir and was back underway in less than a minute, topped off the air at the rest stop at mile 23 and everything held together for the remainder of the ride.

Before the flats we were averaging over 22 mph. Final stats:
