It's hard to imagine what else they can do to scuttle the sport, but I don't want to tempt them to try.

At least the riders at Astana will be safe from sanctions...

I see UCI as part of the problem not part of the solution, nice to see other groups standing up to them.

I agree. The UCI is the problem. They are just a bunch of busy bodies who feel they are the only people who should have authority over the sport. They care more about pointing the finger at teams they do not like then maintaining the integrity of the sport.
