Wanted- Women's road bike

I'm new to cycling- have been in spin classes the past 6 months and went for a ride with friends and now need my own bike. I'm 5'5" and would prefer Shimano 105+ components and at least the fork and seat post in carbon. In Specialized-51cm was best fit and in Cannondale-50cm but can go a little smaller. I live in Asheville but could head over that way for a good buy. Call me-828-230-6371. Eve

guess my first question is - have you checked at Liberty bike shop in asheville or any other shops? craigslist in that area?

will you be doing most of your riding in the asheville area?

Thanks for your reply. I do plan to ride in the Asheville area. Have been to Liberty Cycles and road their Specialized bikes-they were very helpful and have worked on a tandem & a mtn bike for me. I just don't have to have brand new-particularly if there's someone upgrading or changing sports.

i would then maybe check out craigslist for your area or even in this area. i know there are quite a few bikes listed in the raleigh area.
