Zooooom! I rewound the tape just to hear him again. Hope
he wins one of the stages.

Jonathan Vaughters. They had him oozing sincerity for an
entire segement on VS or whatever. Happily, they also put
in a shot of riders having a racing break at the side of
the road. Hope everything works out for you, Jonnie.

Team Columbia looks competent. Bob Stapleton said it
himself, "These guys are just super-motivated." Would
somebody handicap these guys in the mountains? No Italians,
or Spaniards. They do not appear ready to challenge in
the team standings.

I am not making a point. I was asking if anyone
would handicap this team for the mountains.

Kirchen should be able to finish 10-15th on the mountain stages, Siutsou
15-20th, Hincapie around 25th.
