7/21/08 CSH Monday Ride

Is anyone planning on doing the CSH beginner ride tonight? I was planning on it, but I can't push it with today's weather and I'm still not feeling 100% after being sick this weekend. If anyone's planning on riding 14-15, I'll ride. Otherwise I'll just wait for the Spin Cycle Ride tomorrow.

I plan on riding tonight at CSH, will try not to push too hard tonight, since it is pretty hot out there; hope more come out.

My afternoon meeting ran long, so I didn't need to decide after all. Went running on the indoor track at the Y instead. Hope everyone had a good ride!

It was quite a hot ride tonight. Sucked all of the energy right out of me. Hopefully next week will be better.

Yes, it was very hot last night, wasn't sure I would make it back to CSH. Note to self: Need to start bringing my camel back on hot rides :D
