Schleck under police scrutiny

I just heard on the pre Tour coverage that Papa Schleck had his car
stopped by a border patrol and it is still being searched. A Luxemburg
press car was also searched and released. Apparently, the Schleck's
are too good to be true for the French police anyway.

You are right, theey did, and L'Equipe just RSS'd it out too

I bet they don't find their stash though. It's probably been in France
for weeks already

But the cops don't bother with dope in France; it is I believe the
Douaniers.

In long gone halcyon days, the cops would make the rounds of thr bars
telling the punters to "Hide their stash" because the Douaniers were
coming...... ;)

Correct and they issued a statement tonight, saying nothing illegal
had been found. And Andy was pretty amused tonight when asked about
that by Holtz.

Strange though, generally they act on tips...mayb Cadel gave them a
call earlier this week !
