I can't make it for the ride, but I think Angie is going ride the 30 mile route. Attached is a cue sheet and a link to Map-my-ride with the route.

I missed several rides last week due to thunderstorms and fell short of my weekly goal.
The TT was fantastic. Martin did a great job marking the course and running the start/finish lines. He even bought trophies for top overall men/women finishers and masters finishers. The overall winner showed up on a TT bike with full TT gear and blazed the course. I think he beat the next nearest finisher by a few minutes and beat me by 8 minutes.

Nice night for a ride and didn't have any problems with the driver's but we did get pulled over by a state trooper on I believe Martha's CHP. You know how we cyclists just love to speed :p
There was no traffic and a very quiet rode so we were in a more relaxed grouping when we hear over a loud speaker to get in single line so we all moved over to get into a double pace line and the trooper passed us and went up the road and then we were passed by the faster group and they were in single line and then the trooper put his lights on and stopped the faster group and gave them some lecture about how we should ride single or double line and not triple.
Anyway we had a real nice turn out for the beginner ride at CSH and ended up with about 14 cyclists.
Here are my stats:
1:56 time
32.2 miles
16.5 pace
The detour through the greenway was ok, not too many people at the beginning but we did encounter more families with children on the greenway or people walking their dogs. My opinion: for the riding that we like to do; we should avoid the greenways unless we are just leisurely riding; but like I said that's just my opinion.
