I'm in. Who's leading the ride? What's the speed?

It will be a gametime decision for me. I had the 48-hour stomach bug Tuesday and Wednesday, and I've been dealing with vertigo ever since. Every day is getting better...hopefully, I'll be able to balance myself on two wheels without falling over by tomorrow. If I'm not feeling 100%, I will probably wait until the Tuesday TSC ride which is shorter and a bit slower.

I will, once the room stops spinning :hyper:

hope you feel better.

I don't know if I will make it or not to the monday ride, I will have to see how my schedule pans out.

There is a good chance I might show up but Ill probably be riding at a slower pace. The last 2 days have about killed me.

There's been 3 different rides lately from CSH-Cary so you should have options.

17-18 recovery ride

We will be there. My bike has been at CSH since last weekend getting a tune-up so I have to go get it back!

The room has stopped spinning and the bike's in the car. Hopefully work won't interfere. I'll probably be taking it easy on speed tonight. I was dehydrated for nearly a week, and tonight will most likely be a test to see what my body can handle this week

Yeah, definitely take it easy then. Getting out and sweating a bit always helps me on the tail end of something like that, but gotta not go crazy with the pace/exertion.

I did some hill running today, but I should be able to come out, as long as we actually go slow, instead of just talking about slow paces before we head out ;)

I'm probably gonna bail tonight. I'm not feeling as good as I was this morning, and I think the heat will only make matters worse.

We just didn't make it out today, the heat plus I'm exhausted. We plan to be there Wed.

Tonight's ride was a bit interesting. Jake didn't show (no surprise) so we had about 20ish people. We had several near pile-ups due to accordion, and then the pace line got completely blown. The last time I nearly hit the person in front of me I decided I didn't like the music so I blew the line and rode off the front. JayC and I rode ahead and at the 21 mile marker we decided to let the group catch back up (haha- about a 5 minute break). The 18.2 pace was more than we were out for the night. We finished the route at about 17.4
