If you have a Cervello R2.5 frameset, please check http://www.cervelo.com/R25recall/
If you purchased a 2005 R2.5, and have since sold it or given it away, please email the recall coordinator at recall@cervelo.com (recall@cervelo.com) as soon as possible with the name, phone number, email address and or full mailing address (or any and all contact information you have) of the person who purchased the frame from you, so Cervélo can inform them of the recall process. Please share this notice and website with all your riding friends or bike club.
Please stop using your recalled frame immediately and follow the steps below to ensure a smooth recall process.
The free replacement frame will be a 2006/7 Cervélo R3. Alternatively, you may upgrade your replacement frame to a new 2006/7 Soloist Carbon for a charge of $300.00 USD. Both the R3 and the SLC will come with a new seatposts, the FSA SLK 32.4mm or Cervélo aero carbon - 1-position, respectively. All other parts from your recalled R2.5, including fork, headset and bottom bracket will be built onto the new replacement frame.
* Completely fill in the form below and click on the Submit push button. A list of current authorized Cervélo dealers and a map of their locations will be displayed.
* Select your preferred Cervélo dealer from the list. Then contact that dealer directly. Only current authorized Cervélo dealers can assist you with the recall:
o Once your selected authorized Cervélo dealer has your recalled frame in their possession and has verified that your frame is recalled, they will cut off the drop out containing the serial number and send it to Cervélo. Once the dropout is received, Cervélo will send your replacement frame to the retailer. We anticipate that from the time Cervélo receives the cut dropout, it should take between 5 and 7 working days for the shop to receive the replacement frames. This shipping estimate does not include the time taken to strip the recalled frame and rebuild the replacement.

After you have selected a dealer to administer the recall and we have received your information generated from the form below, Cervélo will send you a confirmation email. Cervélo will not contact you unless you indicate you have been unable to locate an authorized Cervélo retailer to complete the replacement process. Please print out the confirmation email and bring it to your chosen authorized Cervélo dealer to confirm that your R2.5 is recalled.
