This list of rides is intended for planning purposes to help leaders organize rides and riders plan which rides to attend. When no Slow Spokes or Team CBC ride is listed, I include large organized rides as a suggestion. This list is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all rides in the area. If each cycling group/shop adds their rides to the Triangle Cycling calendar, that would be a good start toward having a comprehensive list.

I don't think anyone has stepped-up and volunteered to lead a SlowSpokes ride this Sunday (7/5).

A few of us are getting together at Harris Lake County Park this Sunday at 8am to prep for the Triangle Triathlon the following weekend, but I didn't put it in the SlowSpokes thread because it won't be at a beginner's pace and there won't be a sweeper provided. Triathloners (and any other willing victims) are going to ride the 17 mile bike course and then continue on to the 5K run. I think a few others are going to ride the bike loop twice and skip the run. I expect the pace will be 16+. Here is the link to the thread if you are interested.
