We had 7 riders today. It was a little chilly at the start, but ended up being a nice sunny day. The drivers were very polite to us while riding and the scenery of fall colors was beautiful.

We missed seeing Tommy and Jay.

Thanks Todd and Mike for organizing the ride! I liked starting from the high school instead of from the Food Lion.

I tried to post a photo, but it said I don't have permission. I asked Jay to check my settings. Will post when it's fixed.

Cool

I had a real nice tide and felt it was a real good ride. The roads were good and we had good but cool weather. There were a few dogs but no real trouble. I liked the route and would call this route rolling to slightly hilly. I will do this ride again.

Thank's for all who showed up today. A special thank's to Zonda for making it all happen ,and for the uniforms ! Mike for sweeping the 21 mile route .
I'm really sorrry about the mix up on the cue sheets. I will get the changes made and repost. Zonda, I'm glad you liked the starting point better , that was one of the goals in this new route. If anyone has any feed back that would make the route better please let me know.
I had a great time today ! It was good to ride with every one again .
After we seperated from the 21 mile group the wind picked up . My knees got to hurting about the half way point. Thankfully we had a tail wind on the way back. I tucked in behind Ray and made it back with very little to spare.
Also Turtle3 was administering some punishiment out there today, We might have to re nickname him to the Hare!

Todd, Mike, and Zonda....Thanks. I really enjoyed the ride. Great route. Ashby sure did put the hammer down at the end of the ride. I look forward to doing it again.
