Sunday, 6/14/09 Slow Spokes Ride from Harris Visitors Center, 8am sharp!

Hey Wayne, this is Keith. It was good to meet you too, as well as Steve, who I'd also never ridden with before. I've really enjoyed these rides the last 3 weekends, getting to meet folks I've never ridden with before. I'll be back with the Cycle Paths next week, but I plan to continue making the Sunday CBC and Slow Spokes Rides because it's good to get away from the comfort zone of riding with the same people all the time.

sorry i missed out should have read the meeting place I was inside the park went for a solo ride. It was a great morning.

Just thought I would echo the same sentiments--nice ride, if not a bit warm at the end. I was definitely fading toward the end this time around (vs last time) but ended up with a 16.7 mph avg. I thought this one of the more closely matched groups in a while. Nice to meet Keith and the rest.

hmm, my average was 16.3.. and i was playing catchup most of the time past lystra.

I was a little bummed about the speed, until i saw last time i did this route i averaged 15.6.. so i count that as progress.
