Replacing an FSA Mega Exo BB

Will a Shimano Hollowtech II BB work? Or something else?

What FSA Mega Exo are you trying to replace (off what FSA crank type)?

An FSA Gossamer. I understand the BBs are extremely short-lived so I'd like to mate it with Ultegra.

That swap should work. I have had very good success with swapping FSA bb's with Shimano bb's.

i have had no problem running an ultegra sl crankset with a mega exo FSA bb, previously matched with a gossamer crankset, thus far. i know it will die one of these days but we will cross that bridge, chris king BB in hand, when we come to it. point being, you should be fine to swap them!
